External Affairs sits within the Town Manager's Office and supports other departments and divisions as an in-house resource, advisor, and sounding board for the organization’s communications and engagement. 

Externally, we work on shrinking the distance between those making decisions and those affected by them and utilize the 'Engagement Spectrum’ below to connect, build relationships with, and learn from community members as we inform, engage with, and educate them about the good work the Town does.
