She is ideally situated to lead our Police Department as we look for ways to continue to improve and push our standards higher.”

In her career with the Jackson Police Department, Weber has excelled on numerous special assignments including patrol supervision, community relations, personnel training, and departmental budgeting.  “Her commitment to protecting victims, promoting equality for all and deploying intelligent, compassionate and empathetic police officers will be important assets for our community as we move forward.”
