Order #1 regarding Bars, Restaurants, Theaters, Gymnasiums, Child Care Facilities, K-12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Trade Schools, will be active from Tuesday, November 24th through Tuesday, December 15th.

Order #2 regarding Gatherings of More Than Fifty (50) People, is currently active from Monday, November 16th through Monday, November 23rd.
Statewide public health order regarding nail salons, hair salons, barber shops, massage therapy services, tattoo, body art and piercing shops and cosmetology, electrology, and esthetic services. Effective July 1, 2020. Please note, that this Statewide Public Health Order has been modified/updated and extended.
Order #3 regarding Nail Salons, Hair Salons, Barber Shops, Massage Therapy Services, Tattoo, Body Art and Piercing Shops, and Cosmetology, Electrology and Esthetic Services, will be active from Tuesday, November 24th through Tuesday, December 15th.
TETON COUNTY DISTRICT PUBLIC HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS
The Teton District Health Officer has issued six (8) recommendations. Recommendations are guidelines and are not enforceable as law. Of these 8 recommendations, the Teton Health District Officer is still recommending the following:
Recommendation #9: All restaurants and bars are recommended to close early; this recommendation extends through November 30, 2020.
As of November 4, 2020, Teton County in the high risk (red) level, which includes these recommendations for the general public.
