TETON DISTRICT PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER #20-9 REQUIRES ALL ADULTS TO WEAR FACE COVERINGS IN PUBLIC PLACES IN TETON COUNTY INCLUDING WITHIN THE CITY OF JACKSON.

STATEWIDE PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER #1

Statewide public health order regarding bars, restaurants, theaters, gymnasiums, child care facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and trade schools statewide.  Effective July 16, 2020.  Please note, that this Statewide Public Health Order has been updated/modified and extended. 

Order #1 regarding Bars, Restaurants, Theaters, Gymnasiums, Child Care Facilities, K-12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Trade Schools, will be active from Tuesday, November 24th through Tuesday, December 15th.

STATEWIDE PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER #2

Statewide public health regarding gatherings of more than fifty (50) people.  Effective July 16, 2020.  Please note, that this Statewide Public Health Order has been updated/modified and extended. 

Order #2 regarding Gatherings of More Than Fifty (50) People, is currently active from Monday, November 16th through Monday, November 23rd. 

STATEWIDE PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER #3

Statewide public health order regarding nail salons, hair salons, barber shops, massage therapy services, tattoo, body art and piercing shops and cosmetology, electrology, and esthetic services.  Effective July 1, 2020.  Please note, that this Statewide Public Health Order has been modified/updated and extended.

Order #3 regarding Nail Salons, Hair Salons, Barber Shops, Massage Therapy Services, Tattoo, Body Art and Piercing Shops, and Cosmetology, Electrology and Esthetic Services, will be active from Tuesday, November 24th through Tuesday, December 15th.

TETON COUNTY DISTRICT PUBLIC HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS 

The Teton District Health Officer has issued six (8) recommendations. Recommendations are guidelines and are not enforceable as law.  Of these 8 recommendations, the Teton Health District Officer is still recommending the following:

Recommendation #9:  All restaurants and bars are recommended to close early; this recommendation extends through November 30, 2020. 

As of November 4, 2020, Teton County in the high risk (red) level, which includes these recommendations for the general public.

TETON DISTRICT PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER EXCEPTION ORDER #1

To Snow King Mountain Resort to permit personal uphill recreation at Snow King Mountain Resort.  Passed March, 19, 2020.
