[ARCHIVED] ROAD MAP TO RECOVERY PLAN AND PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDANCE

Post

Teton County Roadmap to Recovery Plan and Public Health Guidance Available

The Teton County Health Department has released Teton County’s overall plan for transitioning into the stabilization phase of the COVID-19 emergency called Teton County Roadmap to Recovery Plan. This plan also contains public health guidance for the general public, high-risk individuals, businesses, and organizations. The guidance can be found at http://tetoncountywy.gov/2114/COVID-19-Public-Health-Guidance. The guidance includes physical distancing and hygiene measures that residents should continue to follow as the landscape of COVID-19 shifts and changes throughout the foreseeable future in Teton County.

This plan will include the metrics that will be studied to determine what color-coded level of risk Teton County is in. There are four levels in the color-coded public health guidance: red, signifying high risk for all; orange, signifying moderate risk for the general public except for high-risk individuals; yellow, signifying low risk for the general public except high-risk individuals; green, signifying a new normal level of risk for the general public except high-risk individuals. In every color of guidance, high-risk individuals operate under specific instructions issued by the Teton County Health Department.

Teton County’s current health guidance level for the general public is orange (moderate risk). Some businesses are still at a level red (high risk) while others have moved to orange (moderate risk).

Please continue to check this webpage frequently as information is continually changing throughout the COVID-19 emergency in Teton County.
