Experts Sought for Housing Nexus Study
The Jackson/Teton County Affordable Housing Department released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an Employee Generation by Land Use Study (Housing Nexus Study) Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
The Housing Nexus Study will document current links between the construction of new development or redevelopment and the employees generated by the development. The study will also show what type of jobs are being created, the wages being earned, the percentage of the workforce living locally, and the gap between income and housing costs.
Parties interested in responding to the RFQ should go to the Jackson/Teton County Affordable Housing website at: http://jhaffordablehousing.org/955/Housing-Studies, or contact the Affordable Housing Director April Norton at: ahnorton@tetoncountywy.gov. The submission deadline is Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 4 p.m. MST.
