Please be aware that we are still in the midst of the construction season. The engineers over in the Public Works Department are working hard to wrap the construction up before the shoulder season begins. Fall Street Patching - Wednesday, September 11th (weather and progress permitting) – South Glenwood (between Broadway and W. Pearl) will be CLOSED for pavement patching. Work hours are scheduled between 7am and 7pm. Parking on this portion of Glenwood is not permitted during the work. PLEASE obey the “No Parking” signs to avoid being towed. East Broadway Closure – Tuesday, September 10th – Friday, September 13th – East Broadway (between Willow and Moran) will be CLOSED to thru traffic starting the morning of Tuesday, September 10 until the early evening on Friday, September 13 (weather permitting). Local traffic will be permitted access and businesses in this area will remain open. On Tuesday and Wednesday there will be a crane occupying Broadway as modular buildings are installed at 245 E. Broadway (Huff House). On Thursday and Friday crews will be trenching Broadway as they install water lines.
East Deloney – Cache Creek Tube Work Continues. Work on Deloney Avenue (between Center Street and N. Willow) is still taking place as crews work for the preparation of the Cache Creek Tub installation. Please note that local businesses on Deloney remain open for business. The public restrooms on Deloney remain open. The START Bus stop will continue to be relocated to the NE corner of the intersection of N. Willow and E. Deloney throughout the construction.
