Town Council Chambers
• The Council discussed their priorities for the next two years and directed staff to include staffing requests and associated budget impacts for strategic development and engagement in the draft FY20 budget for Council consideration.
• Staff was directed to prepare Ordinances to adopt 2018 International Building, Fire, Wildland Urban Interface, Mechanical, Residential, Plumbing, and Fuel Gas Codes to provide for a grace period until July 1, 2019 so that the 2015 or 2018 International Codes as amended may be accepted for construction permit review and issuance.
• The Council directed staff to draft amendments to the Building Department fee schedule to include a Plan Review fee proportional to the estimated total Building Permit fee to cover the cost of plan review and bring back to a future Council meeting.
• Proposed updates to the Municipal Code chapter for Liquor Licenses and Permits were presented and continued to a future workshop.

• The Council approved meeting minutes and disbursements as presented and accepted the February Municipal Court Report into the record.
• Special events for the Art Fair, Eco Fair and Spring Clean Up, Octane Additions Freestyle Show, JH Scavenger Hunt, and extra parking for the Hill Climb were approved.
• A temporary sign permit for ISWR’s Plastic Bag Awareness Campaign was approved.
• Budget amendments related to two bids and award of bids were approved for Bid 19-17: Award for Aspen Hill Cemetery Stormwater Improvements Project and Bid 19-18: Award for Powderhorn Lane Stormwater Treatment Project.
• Item P19-003: Encroachment Agreement for 437 N Glenwood was approved as presented.
• Item P18-208: Snow King Resort Mountain Master Plan Amendment was withdrawn by the applicant.
• Resolution 19-05 setting Design Standards for Wireless Telecommunication Facility Development was discussed and staff was directed to make revisions and bring back to Council.
• Ordinance T was approved at first reading to amend and Reenact Chapters 12.04 and 12.08 of the Town of Jackson Municipal Code related to Right‐of‐Way Wireless Communication Facility Development.
• The Council agreed to hold workshop discussion on extending the bike path on Snow King.
• The Town Managers report contained an update on sales and lodging tax.
