General Construction

The summer construction season is here, and the Town's Public Works team is busy maintaining, repairing, and digging into new projects. Throughout the summer, there will be various concrete repair projects at Willow and Kelly, Willow and Snow King, Rodeo Drive and Snow King Ave, and other locations. In addition to patching and routine maintenance to keep the streets as smooth as possible, the Town's Public Works team will be overseeing the following larger projects this summer and early fall. Below, you can also find a shortlist of large private projects that will likely affect the community this summer. 

Town of Jackson Projects:

• End of July – Early August | Chip Sealing throughout Town
• Mid-August – November | South Milward Water Main Replacement including South Millward Street between Hansen and Pearl
• End of Sept. – October | Fall Patching throughout Town
• Throughout Summer | Repairs to Willow & Kelly, Willow & Snow King, Rodeo Drive & Snow King Ave
• Throughout Summer | Stilson Transit Center located at the intersection of Highways 22 & 390
• June 3 | Contract for New Well 10 awarded, location on High School Road, construction timing TBD

Private Projects:

• Ongoing until 2026 | Ranch Inn Redevelopment corner of Pearl and Cache demolition starts in June, Pearl sidewalk closure between King and Cache, intermittent closures on Cache
• Ongoing until 2026 | New storm drain from Cache to Glenwood
• June 10 | Flat Creek Apartments at 300 W Snow King Avenue; Snow King Road Closure for utility connections, new sidewalk, and repaving
