Attention Business License Holders-

The Town of Jackson has a new process for renewing business licenses. Renewal Applications and payment are now required annually. The Town must receive Renewal Applications and payment prior to December 31, 2023. Only complete applications can be processed. 
 
 How To Renew a Business License

• Option 1, Online: Online is preferred and expedites renewals. Follow these steps. 
  • Click here for Renewal Application
  • Sign in with email address.
  • Register with Caselle Community, if you have not already.
  • Enter business email address & click "Register New."
  • Use Account # / Pin to connect your business license. 
  • Click pencil icon next to license number, select today’s date, edit info, click “Submit Changes."
  • Click orange “Pay” button (top right). Pay thru Xpress-Bill-Pay pop-up.
      
• Option 2, Written Application: Complete attached Renewal Application form or download fillable PDF at: www.jacksonwy.gov/325/Permits-Applications. 
  • Mail to P.O. Box 1687, Jackson, WY 83001 email: businesslicense@jacksonwy.gov
  • Submit payment via check or make payment via Xpress Bill-Pay at www.xpressbillpay.com

BUSINESS LICENSES WILL BE DELINQUENT JANUARY 31, AND WILL BE CLOSED
IF RENEWAL APPLICATION AND PAYMENT ARE NOT RECEIVED.
