Energy Conservation Works (ECW) is seeking proposals from artists to redesign our Green Power Program artwork. We are looking for a visually engaging and artistic piece that is versatile and captures the spirit of the Green Power Program. Proposers are not required to submit finished pieces and may include descriptions or drafts of the proposed design. The winning proposer will work with the ECW team to develop the final piece.
