Afternoon START Bus Commuter Returns to Teton Valley Uncertain

Jackson, Wyo. January 13, 2020 – START Bus has received notification from the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) that Teton Pass (WY 22) will be closing at 2:00 pm with no estimated time of reopening. Currently, Pine Creek Pass in Idaho is also closed with no estimated time of reopening.

It is possible that the four (4) buses may not be able to return to Idaho this evening.   START Bus is urging commuters who rely on this bus service to plan accordingly for the possibility of no return service to Idaho this evening. We will advise should this status should change.

We recommend all commuter riders to keep an eye out on the upcoming weather and stay connected through WYDOT information and with START Bus through the Rider Alert feature on the www.startbus.com home page.
