Suspension of START Bus Service to Teton Village

Jackson, Wyo. February 23, 2021 – The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) closed WY390/WY22 to and from Teton Village at 9:37 AM due to deteriorating conditions related to winter weather. WYDOT did not give an estimated reopening time for this road. Rider alerts were sent out to riders for all Teton Village routes. Buses currently on route will complete a round trip at Miller Park and then cease service until further notice. Town shuttle routes continue to run at this time.

START Bus also issued a rider alert for Teton Valley Commuters. With WY390/WY22 being closed at this time, START will send out an update by 1:00 pm to all riders as to the PM commuter service.

Face coverings are required on all START Buses. Please do not ride START Bus if you will not wear a face covering or if you are sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Please do not ride the bus if you have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19.

START appreciates your understanding of this interruption in service. Please check for details on these new adjustments, winter routes, schedules and fees or contact START Bus directly at (307) 733-4521.
