Housing Mitigation Plan

Any application for employee-generating development is required to include a Housing Mitigation Plan to be reviewed and approved by the Housing Department prior to approval of the application. The required contents of a Housing Mitigation Plan and the standards to which the Plan must show compliance can be found in Division 6.3 Affordable Workforce Housing Standards of the Town of Jackson Land Development Regulations. All restricted Workforce/Affordable units must also comply with the Livability Standards of the Housing Department Rules and Regulations.
