Have some free time on your hands?    The Town is looking for candidates to serve on volunteer boards. Letters of interest are now being accepted for the Board of Examiners.  See below for detailed information and how to apply.

Board of Examiners

Members of the Board of Examiners shall be residents of the Town of Jackson or Teton County, Wyoming.  There are 3 seats available for 2-year terms.

The BoE is made up of tradespeople from the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and building trades or others who have knowledge of such issues.  They assist with the Contractor Licensing program and serve as the Board of Appeals as required by the building code, in order to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the Building Official relative to the application and interpretation of the building code.

Letters of interest should be addressed to the Town Council, Attn: Town Clerk.

Letters will be accepted  by email to sbirdyshaw@jacksonwy.gov or dropped off at Town Hall.
